    Matthew is a Licensed Master Social Worker. He has worked as social worker since 2021 and has experience in psychotherapy and research. He graduated undergrad from Clark University with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Sociology and graduated with a Master’s of Science in Social Work from the Columbia University School of Social Work. Additional training, he has done includes DBT, group work, and motivational interviewing. Matthew has experience working with individuals, couples, and families, counseling a variety of issues including anxiety, depression, interpersonal effectiveness, divorce, emotion regulation, distress tolerance, mindfulness, self-esteem and a variety of other life transitional issues. As a social worker, his goal is to provide empathic, compassionate, and insightful support as he journeys with his clients through an array of life’s challenges. Matthew understands that by dwelling on the past and worrying about the future, it is difficult to live a satisfying life in the present. He believes that with the right tools, willingness, patience, and genuine support we can live the life we want for ourselves.
