Shira is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor. She is a graduate of Teachers College, Columbia University, where she received a Master of Education in Mental Health Counseling and a Master of Arts in Psychological Counseling. Shira utilizes a non-judgmental and empathetic environment where a strong therapeutic alliance can be developed. She offers a holistic, client-centered approach, tailoring it to each individual client. She has experience working with individuals with a myriad of issues, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, and relational issues. Shira believes that through support, introspection, and developing the right tools we can become the best possible versions of ourselves.
